Upper KS2 Teacher – Greenwich

Location: Greenwich, LondonRole: Upper KS2 Teacher (Year 5/6)Pay Rate: £160 – £220 per day (dependent on experience)

Job Description:We are recruiting an experienced Upper KS2 Teacher for a well-regarded school in Greenwich. This role involves preparing pupils for the transition to secondary school and supporting them through upper KS2 curriculum challenges, including SATs preparation (for Year 6).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and challenging lessons for Year 5 or 6 pupils
• Prepare students for KS2 SATs (if teaching Year 6)
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing targeted interventions
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and academic achievement
• Contribute to the wider school community

Requirements:

• QTS
• Experience in KS2 (Upper KS2 preferred)
• Strong curriculum knowledge
• Ability to raise attainment and support diverse learners
